Hi, I’m Dejan Sensei

For more than 20 years, I’ve been exploring one question:
What allows us to stay calm, clear, and connected—even in the middle of life’s challenges?
That question has shaped both my personal life and my professional path.
From decades of karate and Zen practice to psychology, breathwork, Qi Gong, Reiki, sound healing, and years spent working in the corporate world, I’ve searched for practical ways to help people regulate their minds, bodies, and emotions—not just understand them.
Living between the rhythm of the city and the stillness of island life has taught me that balance isn’t something we find. It’s something we practice.
That understanding became the foundation of the Warrior Calm Method—an evolving approach that brings together movement, breathing, awareness, and recovery to help people build resilience from the inside out.
Today, I work with individuals and groups around the world through private sessions, online programs, retreats, and educational content, helping them create a calmer nervous system, a clearer mind, and a more grounded way of living.
