🎵 What is Sound Healing?
Sound Healing is the use of intentional sound voice, instruments, frequencies to activate healing in the body, mind, and spirit.
Through vibration, we help the nervous system relax, brainwaves slow down, and the energy body realign. It is not just something you hear it’s something you feel.
It’s a return to resonance. A tuning of your inner instrument.
👐 What is Reiki?
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that supports the flow of life force energy (ki, chi, prana) through your body.
It is subtle, yet powerful a non-invasive practice that promotes emotional release, deep relaxation, and energetic clarity.
In this space, you’ll find Reiki-infused practices and guided sessions you can experience anytime you need energetic support.
🌬️ Why Is Breath So Important?
Breath is your anchor. It is your bridge between body and mind, between the seen and unseen.
When you breathe consciously, you return to the present moment. You soften tension. You begin to remember yourself.
Many of our sessions include breathwork to help you drop out of the thinking mind and into your embodied self.
🧘♂️ What Is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong (pronounced chee-gong) is a gentle movement and energy practice from Chinese tradition.
It means “energy cultivation,” and helps balance the body’s natural flow of qi (life force).
Through slow, mindful movements and breath, we build vitality, release stagnation, and come into harmony.
This is one of the foundational practices you’ll explore here with me.

My name is Dejan Sensei I’m a Zen teacher, Reiki practitioner, Qi Gong and sound healing guide, and lifelong student of the inner path.
I created this space to share the tools, practices, and insights that have supported me and many others in coming home to the body, to presence, and to spirit.
